1.2312/P20+S has excellent machinability properties because of the high S content, it has good toughness properties, good wear resistance, uniform hardness in all dimensions,with dimensional stability, requiring no heat treatment, 280-325HB quenched and tempered condition, suitable for nitriding to increase wear resistance, not suitable for chrome plating and polishing.
Applications
The material is used for production of plastic moulds and casting low melting metal material, with good machinability and mirror grinding performance.
Delivery Time: 7-10 working days for steel in stock. 20-60 working days for direct production based on the quantity.

Our MOQ each order is around 25 Tons(one container), customer can mix different types of steel to reach this quantity.
