Quality Control Procedure

We generally carry out three procedures on quality control.
Pre-production – Check the production schedule provided by product department. Study the techniques to ensure that every procedure will lead to the proper quality.
In-production – Following up the production to ensure that all are following the procedures. Do necessary tests during the production.
After production – Test and check on the product. Make sure that all materials are eligible and in accordance with the requirements.

Independent Laboratory

In order to guarantee a uniform good quality, ShengHe perform necessary testing and inspection according to international standards and specifications.

ShengHe has its own lab with full equipments and a team of professional Q&A and Q&C engineers to do all the tests and analysis of the materials: chemical analysis, mechanical test, UT test, microstructure analysis, hardness checking, etc. The lab also provide third party inspection service.
